1. Eligibility and Scope

GROWTH serves clients globally. However, all advertising content must comply with Google Ads Policies. We reserve the right to reject, pause, or terminate campaigns that violate these standards.

2. Service Overview

GROWTH provides YouTube advertising services powered by Google Ads. Our process includes:

• Automated intake of campaign materials;

• Human-managed optimization by our internal experts;

• Customized dashboard access for real-time performance insights;

• Campaigns typically begin serving within 24–48 hours of approval.

3. Results Disclaimer

All views generated are legitimate and delivered via Google Ads. We do not use bots or click farms.

However:

• All sales are final.

• No specific view count, engagement rate, subscriber growth, or ROI is guaranteed.

• GROWTH is not liable for campaign performance beyond technical delivery via Google Ads.

4. Campaign Approvals & Rejections

If a submitted campaign or creative material is flagged or disapproved by Google Ads, GROWTH will reimburse the customer. Reimbursements apply only in cases where a campaign cannot be launched due to Google policy restrictions.

We encourage clients to review the latest Google Ads Policies before submitting their materials.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and policy-compliant content;

• Supplying any necessary creative assets (which they retain full ownership of);

• Adhering to Google Ads policies and applicable laws.

GROWTH reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for campaigns that include misleading, unlawful, offensive, or ineligible content.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of Google Ads disapproval prior to campaign launch. No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with performance or results.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative assets (videos, graphics, copy) submitted by clients remain their sole property. GROWTH does not claim ownership or usage rights beyond campaign execution.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and store personal data, including names, emails, and campaign data. This data is securely stored on our internal systems and used solely for service delivery, analytics, and account management.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GROWTH and Demo Digital LLC are not liable for:

• Campaign underperformance;

• Delays caused by Google Ads systems;

• Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses;

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to bring claims in court or to participate in a class action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any user at any time for violating these Terms or Google Ads policies.
